Hui (Hello) from Guangzhou

The Lord has been so good, yesterday we seen many blessing with Kaeleb. He is letting mom comfort him, and he did get in the vehicle without crying. (This was a big thing) He is smiling and even laughing out loud at everyone. He loves mashed potatoes, and oatmeal. He is still taking the bottle, which allows them to bond. We did not do alot, yet we were so tired by the end of the day. Connie and Clayton with Kaeleb went to the police office to start the paper work for Kaeleb passport. It took only about 15 minutes, then from there we were taken to a electronic store that would put Best Buy to shame. I found the battery charger I needed, and thank the Lord for Rebecca or would not have any ideas of where to go next. We were going to call on pizza and decided we were to hungry and went to Lucys, which is were Kaeleb gets his mashed potatoes, and Kambry loves them too.
This morning we are off and running at 9:30 am. Clayton is doing the finishing touches, by filling the diaper bag with the many essentials, after Connie had done the hard work, but Clayton is a true daddy, catering to all their needs. Ready to go, then lets head out.
This picture taken this morning before we all headed out for the day. Precious isn't it.
Don't let the picture fool you, we are at a botanical garden in Guangzhou. No it is not Disneyland. The Mickeys outlining the fountain is a symbol of the "Year of the Rat - Mouse". They change the symbols every year, featuring the animal of that year. There was Mickeys and Minnies all of the garden.
"All is good in China", don't worry about us Minnie says.
There was a large pond in the middle of the garden, which was a very large garden. The weather was beautiful and hot. I am sure that you would not to hear that we were sweating at times. The garden and the weather was a beautiful mixture and wonderful experience.

Once again, STAIRS, but do not worry, Daddy to the rescue. Rebecca say "He very strong". Oh yeah Kambry is in there and he carried her all the way up to the top.
Waterfall in the garden.

Mums, they were gorgeous.

Purple orchids, the vase reads, No matter how much educations, or how smart you are, you still have more to learn. You are not done learning.
These flowers were called "Dancing Ladies". If you look closely you will see a head, arms appearing like they are holding a bouquet, and a long flowing yellow dress. They, I think were my favorite flower there. At least the flower I had never seen before.
A pink and white rose.

Connie and I in the middle of the rose garden. Rebecca called it the ocean of roses.
At the end of the tour, Rebecca bought Kambry and Kaeleb fish food to feed the fish in the pond. It took Kambry a few times to get the hang of it, we kept telling her "throw it in the water"

Kaeleb feeding the fish, Connie was worried that he would put the food in his mouth, so she is really the one who feed the fish. Notice the Mickey Mouse clock in the background.
After the garden, Rebecca took us to a authentic Noodle Restaurant. She of course ordered for us because there was no pictures. She promised us that she did not order Noodles with pig feet, snake or cow stomach. Thank you Rebecca. The noodles were made behind glass, in the restaurant. Kambry and Kaeleb must have been really tired, because they both fell asleep during lunch.
The food was really good. We had beef and noodles, pork and mushroom noodles, pork noodle soup, and shrimp won tons. Yummy, I know you are wondering about me, but they were really good.

This picture is for Ashley and Kaylee. I bring you a message by way of Mickey
"I LOVE YOU THIS MUCH!!!!!"
I am so excited to experience the culture and see the sights in China, there is so much to this city you would need 2 weeks to see it all, we are going to give it our best. This morning while I prayed for our breakfast, I was brought to tears, because I am so excited to see what the Lord has done threw Clayton and Connie. I am so blessed to be here, and to see and feel the love for this baby boy, and the love that is all around us, with so many other adopting families staying at the White Swan. There is little precious children all over.
My Lord is so good, let me tell you a little about what happen yesterday while shopping the island. We started off by looking at clothes for Kambry and Kaeleb, just going in and out of stores. When we walked into one store, Clayton noticed a carved glass rock of the "Last Supper" and of course you know that Clayton asked what does this mean? The lady was very quick to tell him she was a Christian. We tried to ask her questions about the underground church, but she did not understand what we were asking. She then shared with us that she goes to the church on the island and asked us to join them on Sunday. We were very excited about her decision and thanked her for the information on the church. We then kept shopping and wondered into a store called "Jordans". Now Jordan was doing a special gift for my girls, and when asked about my daughters name, I said Ashley and Kaylee and he said "Oh Ashley name from the bible" and said "No", and he said "Oh sorry I am thinking Joshua, they are both very close to same spelling, just one stroke different" Then Clayton asked "you know the bible", and he said "yes I Christian". We got to talking and he shared that he was "how do you say it, I help old people to their seat," I said "oh you are a greeter, I am a greeter at my church also." At that very moment he jumped up out of his seat and gave me a hug and said "you are my sister." We talked about his way of spreading the gospel, and how every Sunday is very special to him. Many years ago, they would go to church, and then go strait home. Now they go to church and then go out to eat with friends, and he said "they are in no hurry to go home". He loved the relationships with the other people. We then parted with this from Jordan "God Bless You". I was so excited, and we also found out yesterday that our guide Rebecca is also a Christian. I will tell you that long but awesome story later. Thanks for reading, continue to pray for all of us. We love you all and look forward to seeing you soon.

Looks like you are enjoying everything there is to see. All we are seeing here in Oklahoma is BROWN....but spring is just around the corner. (I guess they are seeing "white" at the Texas/Oklahoma boarder...yup...it snowed again south...way south of us.)

Love, Love and more Love!
